'I feel crap about the potential loss of a key part of NI's industrial heritage. As an artist the iconic Harland & Wolff cranes have been good to me and many an old friend has worked in the shipyard. And I wanted to witness these guys trying to save their jobs and hoping that something will happen for the good.' says artist Stephen McClean about his artwork documenting the 'Save our Shipyard' protest.
While the original painting is now gone, responding to requests Stephen has created a limited edition (50) print of the 'Save our Shipyard' painting. Size: 15x24ins/42x60cms, £50 (unframed). Available from Top Floor Art Gallery in Saintfield, St George's Weekend Market via the Top Floor Art Stall and the Top Floor Art online store (LINK HERE).
