Welcome to the Top Floor Art online store. This is a new initiative to facilitate the selling of prints by Top Floor Art artist and co-owner Stephen McClean, launching on the 1 October 2019.
Please be aware that:
- Top Floor Art online store payments are powered by STRIPE - which accepts all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country
- At the time of the launch, we are set up to receive orders from UK customers. However, we will be updating this in the next few weeks. For now, however if you would like to order a print and are from outside the UK, please contact us directly on buyart@topfloorart.co.uk and we will organise the system for you.
- We use standard mail. On receipt of your order, we will endeavour to send you notification of order dispatch within 1/2 working days (please do allow for weekends). You should receive the print, postal service permitting, within 3-5 working days (UK) of placing your order. If you haven't received it within 10 working days, do contact us as soon as possible.
- Every care is made with packaging, so your print should arrive to you in pristine condition. If you do, however, encounter a problem do contact us directly as soon as possible.
- For overseas custormers, any further postal costs beyond package and standard mail - overseas taxes, for example, that might apply will be borne by you.
